How are buyer and Realtor leads processed by BuildersADDvantage?

Our 8AM-8PM phone support, 7 days a week, captures all calls from buyers or Realtors in real time. Calls are answered “live” at all times during these hours of operation and ADDvantage will utilize an answering service, only after 8PM. All calls will be transcribed into an e-mail, which is promptly sent to the builder. Callers will be given the “contact” number and person stored in “showing instructions,” as indicated.
