Possibly Naples and Sarasota. They are different data bases. Realtors can use the Gulf Coast Alliance data base that shares all MLS listed properties from Hudson (Pasco County) to Naples (Collier County.) We have found that only 25% of Realtors actually use this new feature of the MLS, however.
