What is BuildersADDvantage's fee for making changes to MLS listed properties?

Price and commission changes are always free. All other changes are classified as non-essential. The builder may change any part of their listing data (pictures, description, Realtor® remarks, etc.) once during a 30 day period, at no charge. Changes in excess of this will be billed at $20 per “session”.
