Once I sign up for Flat Fee Listing services offered by BuildersADDvantage, may I cancel the service?

Yes. Builders who list flat fee MLS remain the “listing” agent. There are no cancellation penalties. One flat fee, upfront is all that's required to receive superior listing and marketing services.
