How does BuildersADDvantage flat fee MLS differ from the others?

ADDvantage invested two years into software programming and development with one of University of Florida's brightest, young programmers. We've built an MLS listing program that allows builders to make changes to their flat fee MLS listings “on the fly” by simply logging into their account (control panel) and choosing their options. All changes are received and processed on the same day by our MLS administrators. Confirmation of change is e-mailed to the builder, once completed. We are accurate, inexpensive and prompt.
