We are a Miami-Dade based builder. If I sign up for your MLS BuildersADDvantage program, will I be self-represented?

Yes. Builders represent themselves. In most cases, builders have “agreements to purchase” and do not use or accept FAR or FARBAR contracts. Therefore, there is reason to engage a “listing” broker. In essence, builders should only use the services of a flat fee MLS company as the builder remains neutral with all Realtors and conveys their offers of commissions and bonuses, without sacrificing representation.
