Is an ADDvantage flat fee MLS Tennessee listing really worth $365 plus $295 at close?

There are many examples of why an WPI American Home Real Estate flat fee MLS listing is superior to other MLS listing services but nothing comes close to this example.

Back on November 1, 2008 at 6:45 pm, a Realtor® from Nashville calls WPI American Home Real Estate after showing one our MLS listings earlier in the day. The first words out of her mouth were, “are you one of those flat fee MLS companies?” I replied, “yes.” She was making an offer and wanted to know where to send the offer. I said " to WPI and we'll send the offer to the seller.” I then asked her “do you need a seller's disclosure statement?” She said “yes.” I said, “Let me see if I have one stored in our seller's account…OK, we do. I'll email it to you now”.

This is the level of service that every Realtor® receives when calling WPI American Home Real Estate. In a matter of 3 minutes, a “flat fee MLS service” responded to the needs of a buyer's agent and facilitated a possible sale. All for $365 plus $295 at close over a 12 month listing term…that's a great value!

The reason WPI American Home Real Estate was ready for that call is because we had the owner's seller disclosure stored in “user documents” and ready to email. That happened because the seller received our “welcome letter” informing them of all the important details about being listed in the MLS. Our MLS administrator also calls every seller to ensure there are no missing documents such as seller's disclosure. Our automatic email system follows-up on any additional missing documents. All documents are stored electronically for easy access.

This is the reason why WPI American Home Real Estate has twice as many flat fee MLS listings  than our closest competitor offering a similar service and in some cases we charge more than they do.
